IGD - Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. ("IGD" or the "Company"), listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, announces the calendar of corporate events for 2024.
The Financial Calendar 2024 will have the following dates: - February 27, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the Budget and Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023.
- April 18, 2024: First call - Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023 (second call on April 19, 2024).

- May 7, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the additional periodic financial information as of March 31, 2024.
- August 1, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of June 30, 2024.
- November 7, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the additional periodic financial information as of September 30, 2024.
