Procura Roma: Richiesta documenti bilancio Juventus 2022

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. ("Juventus" or the "Company"), with regard to the ongoing investigations by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rome following the transfer of the criminal proceedings already pending before the Judicial Authority of Turin, announces that it has received a request for the acquisition of documents relating, in particular, to the financial statements as of 30 June 2022.
In this context, the Company has learned that investigations are pending at the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office in relation to company executives for the offense under Article 2622 of the Italian Civil Code regarding the financial statements as of 30 June 2022.

The Company is not under investigation. Due to the content of the request for the acquisition of documents, the Company has reason to believe that the investigations relate to the same matters (i.e., capital gains from "cross-border transactions" and so-called "salary maneuvers") that were already the subject of the Turin investigation, as well as the proceedings before CONSOB under Article 154-ter of Legislative Decree No.
58/1998.
